CITIC Offshore Helicopter, CITIC Financial Leasing and AutoFlight signed strategic agreement with 100-eVTOL order

CITIC Offshore Helicopter, CITIC Financial Leasing and AutoFlight have entered into a strategic cooperation agreement that includes an order for 100 2-ton+ level electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft.

The three parties announced on April 29 they will cooperate to accelerate the commercial application of eVTOL through eVTOL R&D and manufacturing, aviation operation experience and financial support.

The 100-eVTOL aircraft order includes the 2-ton cargo eVTOL CarryAll and the 5-seater passenger eVTOL Prosperity. The cooperation includes offshore operations, emergency rescue, and high-end tourism.

The parties also entered an agreement with Wutong Pavilion, located in the Wutong Mountain Scenic Area in Shenzhen, for aerial sightseeing and other purposes, creating a new benchmark for low-altitude tourism.
