AutoFlight and SF Group Sign Partnership to Advance Low-Altitude Transportation for Offshore Energy

22 July 2026 (Shanghai, China): AutoFlight, a global leader in Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), has signed a partnership agreement with SF Group to advance low-altitude transportation solutions for offshore energy at the International Advanced Air Mobility Expo 2026.
The partnership will initially focus on developing integrated air-sea mobility solutions for the offshore wind sector, addressing key challenges including long-distance transportation, logistics efficiency and infrastructure maintenance.
Leveraging SF Group's nationwide logistics network and experience in offshore energy logistics, together with AutoFlight's expertise in large eVTOL aircraft and water-based green vertiport technology, the two companies will jointly develop standardized low-altitude transportation and smart operation solutions for offshore energy infrastructure, heavy cargo logistics, island transportation and maritime operations. The collaboration aims to establish a scalable and commercially viable model for integrated air-sea mobility.
As Asia's largest and one of the world's leading integrated logistics providers, SF Group offers comprehensive capabilities across express delivery, freight, cold chain, same-city delivery and supply chain services. Combined with AutoFlight's integrated air-sea mobility solutions, the partnership will create a more efficient logistics network by connecting onshore logistics hubs directly with offshore facilities, supporting the development of smarter and more sustainable transportation systems.
A key element of the collaboration is AutoFlight's SUNSHIP, the world’s first water-based green vertiport designed specifically for eVTOL operations. Integrating landing infrastructure, intelligent dispatch systems and renewable energy support, SUNSHIP can be rapidly deployed across rivers, lakes and coastal waters within just a few hours, providing flexible infrastructure for offshore energy operations, island logistics and maritime transportation.
For cargo operations, AutoFlight's V2000CG CarryAll is the world's first ton-class eVTOL aircraft to receive China's full set of CAAC airworthiness certificates (TC, PC and AC), as well as overseas Type Certificate Validation (VTC). The all-electric, uncrewed aircraft has already been deployed in cargo transportation and emergency response missions.
For passenger mobility, AutoFlight's V2000EM Prosperity, currently in the final phase of airworthiness certification, is designed for regional transportation, island connectivity and low-altitude tourism, delivering safe, efficient and sustainable air mobility.
Market forecasts indicate that China's offshore energy sector could require more than 100 water-based green vertiports and over 300 eVTOL aircraft in the coming years. Under the agreement, AutoFlight will provide integrated eVTOL aircraft and supporting infrastructure solutions to accelerate commercial deployment across offshore energy, island transportation and other low-altitude transportation applications, further advancing the global adoption of Advanced Air Mobility.
